Education

Sunday School
Sunday School at St. Andrew's is designed to be a fun and relevant experience
for the young members of our parish. We believe that our children are an important
asset to our Parish family, and that time invested in building up the faith
of our youngest parishioners is an investment in the future of our church.
We provide an age appropriate curriculum for young children, school-age children and teens. Throughout the year, our students also participate in Sunday liturgies in various roles. Each Sunday, the children gather at 9:15 a.m. for a short prayerful sharing time and then go to their classes to explore and discuss the day's theme through games, story-telling, music, art, and prayer, and discussion until 10 a.m. All classes meet in Founder's Room of Parish Hall for gathering time and then recess to classrooms for each age group.
For more information, call the Parish Office at 301-862-2247 or Laura Friess at 301-994-2878.
Adult Education
We also hold an adult discussion group from 9:15 to 10 a.m. Sunday mornings
between October and June. The group meets in the main room of the parish hall
to discuss contemporary theological books. All are welcome.

Youth Group
The St. Andrew's Youth Group meets Sunday evenings at the Parish Hall to share
a meal and activities. The group is open to children ages 11 to 17.
